All Dance Studios specialises in teaching ballet for all ages. Ballet is the core of all dance techniques and essential for good placement, flexibility and posture. We follow the BBO sylabus as well as offering open ballet classes.
Jazz
Jazz classes are high energy classes. We work on technical jazz exercises whilst also exploring different styles and era's of jazz to create versatile jazz dancers!
Contemporary & Lyrical
Contemporary dance is a dynamic and expressive form of movement that incorporates various dance styles including ballet, jazz and modern. Its a fluid and expressive dance style.
Adult classes
We offer a range of classes for adults whether you are a complete beginner or a trained professional. We aim to make dance fun and enjoyable whatever your level. We also offer performance opportunities for adults. Contact us to find out more.
Little Dancers
Little Dancers is aimed at children age 18 months to 3 years old. These classes focus on basic movements and improving motor skills while dancing along to music. Parents or carers are encouraged to join in the class whilst supervising their children. The class is 30 minutes, with the option to stay and socialise for an extra 30 minutes after the class.
PBT
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a unique body-conditioning and strengthening program. Designed with the dancer in mind, PBT focuses on strengthening and conditioning the body. Not only is PBT great for dancers, it is great for anyone wishing to have stronger, healthier joints and muscles. Miss Alice is a certified PBT teacher, and can be found in the teachers directory.
Acro Dance
Acro dance is a mixture of gymnastics and dancing. This high energy style is great for energetic dancers that like doing tricks such as cartwheels, walkovers and more!
